Integrations

StoreFeeder integration and API development.

StoreFeeder doesn't build custom integrations. We do.

We build custom integrations on the StoreFeeder REST API for 3PLs, fulfilment operations and the retailers who use them: getting orders out of StoreFeeder and into your warehouse system, and pushing stock levels and despatch confirmations back. We're an in-house software team in Lancashire, and we've built StoreFeeder integrations for Lama Fulfilment and Kukoon Rugs.

What we build

What we build with the StoreFeeder API

StoreFeeder to WMS order flow.
Orders pulled from StoreFeeder into your warehouse management system or custom fulfilment platform, checked so the same order is never processed twice.
Stock level sync.
Stock pushed back to StoreFeeder when real warehouse events happen (goods-in, picks, despatch), with a nightly reconciliation to catch drift before it becomes an oversell.
Despatch confirmations and tracking.
Despatch status and tracking numbers written back to StoreFeeder so they reach the sales channel and the customer without anyone re-keying them.
Order routing for 3PLs.
Routing logic for warehouse, client and courier that StoreFeeder's built-in rules weren't designed to handle when you run many clients with different SLAs.
Custom channels and ERP connections.
Sales channels StoreFeeder doesn't support natively, or ERPs and partner systems, connected through the REST API.
How we build it

Built by people who live in fulfilment

We build StoreFeeder integrations around the real challenges of fulfilment: duplicate events, interrupted data feeds and stock levels drifting out of sync. We design integrations to handle these issues reliably, with appropriate checks, recovery mechanisms and alerts when human intervention is needed.

StoreFeeder integration is part of our wider API and system integration service. For more detail, read our StoreFeeder integration guide for 3PLs.

How we build it

How it works

01
Discovery.
We map how orders, stock and despatches move between your channels, StoreFeeder and your warehouse, including the exceptions.
02
API access and build.
You enable StoreFeeder REST API access on your account (an add-on from StoreFeeder), and we build and test the integration before go-live.
03
Go live with guardrails.
Controlled cutover, monitoring, and alerts if anything needs a human.
04
Support.
We run it, watch it, and extend it as your clients and channels change.

StoreFeeder integrations for Lama Fulfilment and Kukoon Rugs.

We’ve built StoreFeeder integrations for Lama Fulfilment, a fulfilment company, and Kukoon Rugs, a UK rug retailer, connecting StoreFeeder to the other systems their operations rely on.
Questions

The things people ask before they start.

Most of our StoreFeeder integrations cost between £3,000 and £10,000. The price depends on how many systems are involved, which data flows you need (orders, stock, despatch, returns) and how much routing logic there is. StoreFeeder charges separately for REST API access.
Typically 2–4 weeks from discovery to go-live. A simple order and stock sync sits at the shorter end; multiple clients, warehouses or custom routing take longer.
Yes. StoreFeeder has a REST API for reading and writing data such as orders and stock. Access is an add-on at extra cost, enabled through your StoreFeeder account manager or sales team, and each connection uses a dedicated StoreFeeder user account.
No. StoreFeeder says you need a developer to build against its API, and it doesn't provide bespoke development. That's the gap we fill.
Both. We can be engaged by the fulfilment provider connecting StoreFeeder to its warehouse system, or by the retailer whose orders run through StoreFeeder.
