CK Fulfilment - 3PL customer services automation

An AI layer that drafts customer replies, with a human approving before they send.

We built a full AI integration into their existing Freshdesk system. The system gets tickets submitted by their 3PL and ecommerce customers, gathers all the relevant company knowledge and responds using the Anthropic API.

With the AI answering over 60% of tickets automatically, the customer service team is now table to do more important tasks, such as keeping cusotmers happy by providing them reports and improving their services every single day.
