A rug retailer shipping thousands of orders across two subsidiaries. We built the bridge.
Kukoon Rugs sells across the UK and Northern Ireland through separate subsidiary entities, each with its own fulfilment requirements. Dispatch data needed to flow between their Shopify storefront, Mintsoft for warehouse operations, and EZLI for carrier management, but the systems weren't talking. We built a bespoke integration layer that pushes orders through to dispatch automatically, routes to the correct subsidiary, and handles the edge cases that off-the-shelf connectors can't.
We worked with Harri a couple of years ago - he built an integration for us from our Warehouse Management System into an external partner's ERP. We were struggling to get data to and from this partner, and Nectra were recommended to us for their expertise on the Storefeeder platform, which we use. Can you integrate with the software we already use?
Almost certainly. We work with the big platforms every day and regularly connect to niche or older systems too. If a tool has an API we can use it, and where there is no API we usually find a sensible workaround.
What happens if an integration breaks?
We build for it. Proper error handling, retries and alerts mean a problem in one system does not quietly corrupt the rest. We monitor the flows and get notified of issues, often before you even notice.
Is our data safe?
Yes. We follow sensible security practices, keep credentials locked down and only move the data that needs to move. Everything is built with privacy and access control in mind from the start.
Will this replace our existing tools?
Usually not. The point of integration is to make what you have work better together. We connect and automate around your current tools, and only suggest replacing something when it is genuinely holding you back.
