Kukoon sells into multiple retail stores, and every order, stock update, and return had to be manually created across each system individually. As the business grew and retail partnerships expanded, the volume of manual work became unsustainable. Staff were spending hours every day on repetitive data entry instead of focusing on growing the business, and the risk of human error was increasing with every new retailer they onboarded.
