How we got here

Twelve years of building, a few hard lessons, and a lot of stubbornness.

Nectra didn't appear overnight.

Harri has wanted to run his own software agency for as long as he can remember. It took three businesses, two different industries, and over a decade of writing code to get there.
Back to the roots, but with twelve years of context behind every decision.

The first software agency
The first attempt at running his own agency came eight years ago. It didn't survive its early days, but it set the direction for everything that followed.
2020 — COVID years
A table-ordering app
Built from scratch and full of potential, but killed by inexperience in taking a product to market. A hard lesson in commercial awareness that still pays off today.
Six years
A digital marketing agency
Co-founded with a former colleague and it did well, but the software never stopped getting built on the side. The agency work was good. It just wasn't the thing.

Music marketing
A spell working with a completely different world of clients, creatives and business models, proof the team could adapt to almost anyone.
2025 — today
Nectra Technologies
Founded to bring all of it together under one roof. The failed products taught resilience. The agency years brought client management and strategy. And through all of it, the software kept getting built.

Harri

Founder & Lead Developer

No university degree, no computer science course. Everything has been learned by building real systems for real businesses, from the ground up. Twelve years of it now. Building integrations and custom software for companies across almost every industry you could name.

He leads every project technically, works directly with clients and leads from the front. His deepest experience sits at the intersection of fulfilment operations, ecommerce platforms and multi-system environments, but the work isn't limited to any single sector. If there's a system and a problem, he'll figure it out.

When he's not debugging middleware or scoping integrations, he's playing padel or trying to come up with the next big things.
