The Challenge
Manual Stock Management Across Multiple Suppliers
Silver Mushroom works with multiple suppliers across their homewares range, and keeping stock levels accurate in Shopify was a constant manual effort. On top of that, they needed a way to show customers accurate lead times on products - functionality that Shopify doesn't offer out of the box. Without it, customers had no visibility on delivery timelines, leading to support queries and a poor buying experience.

The Solution
Bespoke Automation, Built Into Shopify
We built two key pieces of technology for Silver Mushroom. First, a multi-supplier API integration that pulls stock data from all of their suppliers and syncs it directly into their Shopify product feed automatically. Second, a completely bespoke Shopify app that gives them full lead time management - allowing them to set and display accurate delivery timelines per product directly in their store.
