Raptor Building Supplies was running their entire operation manually. Order management, picking, packing, sales tracking - all of it was either done by hand or shoehorned through Sage, which was never designed for these workflows. As the business grew, the inefficiencies compounded. Sales reps had no centralised system, warehouse operations were slow and error-prone, and management had limited visibility into what was actually happening across the business.

We built a bespoke web application and portal that hooks directly into Sage via a custom API integration. Sales reps can now create and manage orders from a single centralised system, the warehouse runs on proper digital workflows for picking and packing, and management has full visibility across every aspect of the operation - from inventory to sales commissions.
