Reselling from multiple apparel suppliers means every product exists in dozens of sizes and colours, and every supplier publishes stock in their own format on their own schedule. Managing that by hand means products created one at a time, stock levels that are wrong by lunchtime, and the constant risk of selling something the supplier ran out of yesterday. Off-the-shelf sync apps handle one feed adequately and fall apart at multi-supplier scale.

We built a portal that sits between the suppliers and the store. Supplier feeds are pulled in and normalised, then the team manages everything from one dashboard: which products to list, how they're named and priced, which variants to publish. What's approved flows into Shopify automatically, and stock levels sync every 15 minutes so the store never sells what the supplier doesn't have. Adding a new supplier is configuration, not another project.
