Warehouse and ERP,

Continental Textiles sell through major retail marketplaces and a wholesale channel, with fulfilment handled by their 3PL on Mintsoft. When the business committed to Microsoft Business Central as its new finance and operations platform, there was no integration between the ERP and the warehouse. Every order, return, despatch and stock movement would have needed keying twice, indefinitely.

We built the integration layer between Mintsoft and Business Central: pulling orders, returns, despatch confirmations and inventory data from the warehouse, transforming it to the ERP's spec, and pushing it through authenticated APIs. The reverse flow brings wholesale orders, consignments, cancellations and item data from the ERP back into the warehouse.

Everything is staged, retried and logged, so a wobble in one system never quietly corrupts the other. Retail and wholesale orders follow separate flows matched to how the finance team actually process them, and VAT, discounts and multi-country customers are handled correctly at line level.

Before go-live, we ran a full simulation mode for user acceptance testing: every flow live on schedule, with the warehouse system fully protected, so Continental's team could test complete round trips against realistic responses without a single record being touched in production.
