Nectra World Cup Website Giveaway

The promoter. This promotion is run by Nectra Technologies Limited, registered in England and Wales, with its studio in Lancashire, UK ("Nectra").
Eligibility. The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over who operate or represent a UK-registered business. Employees and immediate family members of Nectra Technologies Limited are not eligible. One entry per person and per business.
How to enter. Subscribe to the Nectra newsletter via the form at nectra.co.uk/worldcup before the scheduled kick-off of the 2026 FIFA World Cup final. No purchase is necessary. Entries received after the deadline will not be included in the draw.
The condition. The prize will only be awarded if the England men's senior national football team wins the 2026 FIFA World Cup, as confirmed by FIFA. If England do not win the tournament, no prize will be awarded and the promotion will end. For the avoidance of doubt, reaching the final but not winning does not trigger the prize.
Winner selection. If the condition in clause 4 is met, one winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the World Cup final. The winner will be notified by email using the address provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Nectra reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The prize. The prize is a bespoke business website designed and built by Nectra, with an approximate commercial value of £5,000. The website will include:

Up to 5 pages (e.g. Home, About, Services, Contact, plus one additional page)
Custom design and responsive development
Basic on-page SEO setup
Deployment to a live hosting environment


The following are not included unless separately agreed: domain registration, ongoing hosting fees, ongoing maintenance or support, e-commerce functionality, web application development, copywriting, photography, or video production. The winner must supply all written content and imagery for the site, or agree to Nectra sourcing stock imagery. The website will be delivered within 90 days of the winner providing all required content.
No cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternative will be offered.
Case study. By entering, the winner agrees that Nectra may use the completed website as a portfolio piece and case study, including on the Nectra website and social media.
Newsletter and data. By entering the promotion, you are subscribing to the Nectra newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email. Unsubscribing after entering will not invalidate your entry for this promotion. Your name, email address, and company name will be held by Nectra solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and sending the Nectra newsletter. Limitation of liability. Nectra accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues. Nectra reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances outside its reasonable control make it necessary. Any such changes will be communicated via the promotion page.
Governing law. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
